Potato-Leek cream soup
I found some decent leeks at Quality Market and decided to make them into some soup with potatoes.
They needed to be cleaned and chopped. I use yellow potatoes as I find they lend nicely to the creaminess of the soup.

...then recombined with the broth and cooked a bit more...
